“Pros: - Great and helpful building staff - everyone from the concierge to handymen are very friendly - Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms, well insulated and good quality - Good kitchen appliances and new fittings - Unbeatable subway connectivity Cons: - Rent is definitely quite high for the building amenities, size and views - The trash chute was non-operational for 2-3 months in fall 2023 (but is fixed now)”

“Pros: Building has huge windows, 50% of the doormen are nice. Havent seen any bugs since I moved in Cons: Super is not good at communicating, kind of passive aggressive. No overhead lighting in the rooms, lots of homeless people outside Advice to landlord: Lower the rent. It’s just not worth that much.”
