“Pros: Great location, everything functional. Layout and space for the area is really hard to beat. Cons: Had an issue with no hot water the first two months we moved in. Management was very hard to get a hold of and not helpful. We have our own exterminator service that comes and sprays 1-2 times/month so as to not have to coordinate with management.”
