“Pros: Sturdy walls never coming down. Cons: Everything. Building is nasty and the management is terrible. Advice to landlord: Burn it down.”

“Pros: Very quiet most of the time. On site super. Cons: No elevator. The entire building seems drab.”

“Pros: It's quiet - very little sound from neighbors. Huge rooms - has good layout. Nice kitchen recently remodeled. Management and super are responsive. Building allows pets. Cons: The water pressure is bad. It takes a long time to get hot water in my apartment. There is concern about whether building smoke detectors work. When it was brought up to management there was no response. There's no laundry in the building. For whatever reason, the landlord does not advertise that units are rent stabilized. Advice to landlord: Make sure common space smoke detectors are up to date. Fix the water pressure issues.”
