“Unit 4c Pros: The building is built well, with thick walls and you don't hear your neighbors. Washer and dryer in unit. Whenever I reach out to management they are very responsive. Cons: The stairwells and entrance of the building are not very clean. there is always dirt and trash on the floor; some people leave garbage bags outside their apartment door because they are too lazy to walk downstairs and throw them out. If it rains hard I will also sometimes get ceiling leaks which they have worked towards fixing.”
