“Pros: Location to subway stop, lobby is cute, street parking Cons: God where do I begin. The day I went to move in I noticed that the bottom floor of the unit had completely flooded with 6 inches of water. It had all dried by the time I was set to move in, but I could see the water damage on the wall and there was debris all over the entire ground floor. The landlord tried to say that its because nobody had been living there to clean out the outside drain, which is complete BS because that isn't even the tenant's responsibility anyway. The said they would "paint over the water marks" on the wall, and tried to dismiss me when I demanded they mitigate the mold that was surely in the walls. Needless to say, I immediately broke the lease Advice to landlord: fix the drainage on your property”

Advice to landlord: hire an actual super and fix your building.”
