“Pros: Responsive management, never really had any issues while I lived there Cons: Laundry doesn’t dry and no one to contact, sometimes the halls would be dirty”

“Pros: There is nothing to say Cons: - Dead baby in the building: https://www.nydailynews.com/2026/01/26/gynae-kendall-brooklyn-infant-daughter-dead-closet-duffel-bag-arrest/ Stolen Packages - Unresponsive Management - Says smoke free but tenants smoke all the time. Management doesn’t take responsibility for not doing background checks on people. - Says there will be gym in building, but gym hasn’t even been built Advice to landlord: Do better. Respond to email. Stop false advertising. Leave the real estate industry, YOU SUCK!”

“Pros: It's a new build, and the insides of the units, including the appliances, are clean and nice. The location is good, and you don't hear a lot of the street noise from inside. The layouts are calming and the water pressure is good. Some maintenance requests get answered timely. Some aspects of the construction and state of the building, even inside the units, let on that this is more "budget luxury" than luxury, and that at a certain point during the finishing phase, they just decided that the building was done. I'm more than happy with the quality overall and am glad I chose this place to live, I just have to compartmentalize the issues below. Cons: Building management appears to have problems prioritizing and acting on complaints, some of which are serious. There's been an angry tenant manifesto taped to the common area walls for a few weeks, reporting that multiple people are not having their requests attended to, with some threatening to stop paying rent. Multiple floors have repeat issues with people smoking indoors, some kind of safety detector is chirping 24/7 in the halls (defective? low battery?), and the elevator frequently signals that it has a communications failure. The door sometimes snaps open, scaring the people inside. The stairwell is littered with loose cigarette/joint butts and papers, plastered with urine on every floor, and as of last week it looks like someone defecated in there (it has yet to be cleaned up). Apparently some incoming tenants were promised that the gym would be constructed by a certain time, and it's in limbo months later, yet to be built. Advice to landlord: I'm not sure if you don't care, or you are just in over your head. Maybe you will find tenants regardless of the level of care you apply to your job, and that's just the nature of this business. But it's a shame to see such a nice place neglected, and to bring tension into the community rather than helping people to feel more respected and safe in their homes.”
