“Pros: Location of this building is pretty good. Cons: Elevator would break down randomly Advice to landlord: Update the elevator”

“Unit 3A Pros: Had an elevator, never had a package stolen. Super was gruff, but always answered and always reminded me to lock my doors just in case. only a few block from the B/Q. Huge bedroom and large living room. Cons: Had a leak in the bathroom on all floors on one side of the building which wasn't fully fixed and allowed roaches to fester 2.5 years into my 3 years of residence. Before this roaches were not a problem. Pest control came sporadically and no notices were given.”

“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Elevator breaks down constantly. Super uses same dirty mop and is rarely on site Tenants steal packages Apartments had roach and bed bug problem and was hidden. People play music loud throughout the night. The heater is outdated I spent winters without proper heat Advice to landlord: Renovation across the entire building. And do a full paint job to uplift the building”

“Pros: It’s nice to be able to walk around ditmas park anytime you want Nice bathroom size Cons: Depressed hallway and lobby Advice to landlord: Use more white than yellow”

“Pros: - Nice size apartments Cons: -Elevator breaks down every other week. The owners should consider replacing the elevator system rather than doing patch jobs on the elevator. -Outdated intercom system. -The lobby and hallways are painted with an awful brown and peach color, which gives the building a dreary look. -The garbage shoot opening is way too small. -Lack of security, so, packages are stolen by neighbors or loiterers. -gangs of people hanging out in the hallway Advice to landlord: Invest in the property: -New Elevator! -Better garbage disposal system. -The lobby and halls needs a new paint job, should consider more inviting colors -better mailroom security system -updated intercom -security”
