“Pros: Doormen are cool. It is convenient and close to everything. Nice gym. Cons: A lot of dust in apartment. Maybe from construction nearby. Not sure why. Good thing windows blocked out most noise. Advice to landlord: None”

“Pros: Condo building with great gym, large apartments and nice staff Cons: Really not much. Lots of fees to sign a contract and takes a while.”
