“Unit 1A Pros: the space is so beautiful. the elevators, gym, workroom, package room and rooftop are all great bonuses of living here. i also love that i don’t hear much outside noise from inside either! Cons: i wish management would respond faster. there’s also small flaws in the walls, for example in the bathroom there’s water that keeps leaking no matter how many times they fix it. Advice to landlord: be on top of it with your calls and emails.”

“Unit 1a Pros: The building is kept relatively clean and the apartment had minimal issues with appliances and utilities. Cons: Leaking from bathrooms in units above would come through the roof every couple of months on to the floor of my bathroom and the solution from the property management was a good ole landlord special and paint over it. Until it inevitably leaks again. Advice to landlord: Don't cut corners to provide quick cheap solutions. I will cost you more money in the long run.”
