“Pros: Nothing but the neighbors they are polite. Cons: Owner takes forever to get things done and fix damages. Advice to landlord: Need to come down and fix the apartments before a tragedy happens.”

“Pros: It’s a very basic building. Cons: It’s a very basic building that wasn’t super clean, and the management was often difficult to get a hold of for repairs.”
