“Unit 5A Pros: The building is beautiful with many art deco details. Apartments are large and rent stabilized. Prime location just a half block from the A subway line. Cons: Management is bad. They are not responsive. The execute projects haphazardly, causing chaos and disruption to tenants. There is a strong suggestion of if you don't like it, leave. Advice to landlord: Get a better management company, it will save you money.”
