“Pros: Location near transportation, good shopping, great neighborhood Cons: Superintendent not given enough resources or staff to adequately maintain the building. The job is far too much for on site employees.. Rose Management unresponsive to tenant and building needs. Need more help in garbage removal and recycling, cleaning the building and attending to needed repairs. Rose management has a large turnover of personnel in the Manhattan office. Often unreachable . Advice to landlord: Competent qualified professionals are needed for property management in the Manhattan office. Hire more people to regularly help the superintendent maintain the building. Pest control services have assigned dates to come to the building but tenants are given no timeframe to know when in the course of a day they will show up.”

“Pros: Location to trains Cons: Greediest, most worthless management imaginable. Cockroaches like you wouldn’t believe. Dead mice in the hallway for months. We were on the top (7th) floor, and they did extensive roof work after YEARS of those of us on the top floor experience heavy water damage inside our apartments any time it rained. While the worked in it, our apartment was unbelievably noisy and went from very cold (-50F) to very very hot because there was no insulation whatsoever. Then, the raised our rent for the fourth time in four years. We noped over to the other side of queens blvd and pay literally $1000 a month less for a smaller two bedroom. Don’t do it. Advice to landlord: Your tenants are human beings, not lines on a spreadsheet. You suck”
