“Pros: Love living here, amazing building in a great location Cons: Studios are small”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The neighborhood is the best in the city Cons: We had a mouse problem that took mgmt 5 months to address Incessant construction noise, across the street and inside Very slow management communication/lack of attention to maintenance requests Packages stolen from package room Disrespectful young neighbors - cops have come to break up parties (yes during COVID) Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and DEAL WITH RODENT PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Wonderful building. Great building staff. Excellent Location. Cute apartments. Cons: Completely over-priced/off-market rent. Dealing with Rockrose is a major headache. Some groups of neighbors are alarmingly loud.”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“If you are lucky enough to find an opening in 100 Jane, it's great. Jane is the best street in NY. And this is the best block on it. I lived at 100 Jane for 2 years and would still be living there if I didn't buy a place on the block. The whole team there, John, Carlos and (I feel bad because I'm blanking on his name right now and he's the nicest guy to our dog) are the best. The place is spotless, everything runs perfectly. Amazing place to live.”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“I lived at 100 Jane for 2 years and it was just an AWESOME experience - Rockrose did a great job in building management, but Eddie, Carlos, and...darn, can't remember the other guy's name, but they kept the building spotless, delivered packages inside your door, and just helped whenever possible. The building is clean, best location ever, quiet street, close to everything and the apartment itself is immaculate - they take all appliances out of the apartment in between tenants and clean them inside and out in the basement (I've seen them do this), plus they repaint in between every tenant. I've never moved into such a clean place and couldn't recommend it more. Very pricey, but hey, it's Manhattan, let's not kid ourselves. You get what you pay for and it was worth it for a wonderful NYC experience!”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“Rockrose is the WORST!!! Everytime I have a problem and call the office I get the runaround, and am made to feel that everything is my fault. Their answer to everything is to "check your lease" which is no help.

They lost a rent payment, and charged me a $50 late fee, even though it was their fault.

My bedroom A/C did not work for the whole summer, and they would try and fix it, make a mess, and it would still not work.

One doorman is so rude to me and my friends that I wrote a letter. Then he became even worse because I guess management told him what I said. I can't wait to move out in 3 months when my lease is over.

I will NEVER live in a Rockrose building ever again.”
— 100 JANE STREET · Manhattan“I have lived at 100 Jane Street for 4 years. It is a great location in the west village, and it is close to the Hudson River Park. THe building is new, so everythng is clean. THe staff help to keep the building clean as well. In most cases they fix things very quickly. My only complaint is that our front door buzzer has been broken for a while and they haven´t fixed it, but that isn´t terrible. I never hear my neighbors from my apartment which is rare in NYC. THe walls must be well insulated.”
