Biweekly pest control, never had pest problems. Large apartments for a decent price. North facing apartment gets great sunlight. Big bedroom. Super is responsive and almost always in the area. Cons: Water pressure isn’t fantastic. Plumbing issues at times. Heat pipes are LOUD in the winter.”
