“Unit 5c Pros: Amazing view. Large living room. Laundry in building. Good natural light. Location. Elevator always works. Nathan-building manager- is super helpful and responsive. Have never seen any pests. Cons: Hot water doesn’t last long. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. Advice to landlord: Updating the kitchen and bathroom. Water heater replacement.”

“Unit 3A Pros: Nathan and Hector (the manager/ broker/ landlord and super, respectively) are INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful. They are on top of maintenance needs and I see both of them around the building daily. My rent stayed the same between years and is very well priced. This building is well maintained and clean -- they are incredibly honest people. Cons: It can be a smidge loud because of the location, but nothing too crazy.”

“Pros: Responsiveness Location Size Utilities works consistently Cons: Above a gym whose whole thing is ‘blaring music’ and does not soundproof so it gets very loud early in the morning and in the evening on the level above”
