“Unit 3rd floor Pros: Lots of natural light in front part of apartment. Large kitchen, dining room, living room Cons: No building services at all. No place to put garbage between curbside collection days. No cleaning of hallways or stairways. No sidewalk cleaning or shoveling. Bad water pressure. Often freezing on cold days.”
