“Unit 1C Pros: Honestly none - worst place I’ve lived. Cons: Full blown roach infestation. Poor pressure. Unkept garbage chutes and laundry room crawling with critters. Lights across the street that are so bright it looks like daytime at midnight. Advice to landlord: Pest control is your best friend.”

“Pros: Clean building convenient to all the trains Cons: The walls are thin. Some of the old men tenants are predators.And make it very uncomfortable to live there. The laundry room is dark and has become a haven for people leaving their clothes everywhere, wash your clothes somewhere else. The old super live on this first floor, it is drug den.”
