I've lived here since October 2010 and don't have much by way of complaints. The walls and floors are really thin and you can hear everything upstairs but that's about it. The laundry room is clean (for the most part) and smells good, the building is fairly well maintained. Parking is $110.40 a month but you should be able to find parking along Victory Blvd (although you risk your car getting crashed into) The apartments are nice and spacious. Minimal (as to be expected living next to nature) bugs and no mice. Management is ok although we never really dealt with them other than to move in. Most neighbors are friendly. Mixed age/race building. Overall a nice place to live. Lease is up soon and the only reason I would move is to get into a more affordable 2-bedroom (2-bedrooms here are out of my range).

Used to be a nice place, now mice and mold. Management seems very indifferent to the mice problem, numerous complaints and no results. The rents here are not cheap either, top dollar.

These apartments are NOT well kept at ALL! They have a tenant living there that likes to expose himself and harass other tenants. The laundry dryers do not work. The coin machine in the laundry is broken and has been for months. The hallways are messy and smell. There are bugs in the basement. There is a molding coke bottle up in the pipes in the basement that been there for years. The doors to the outdoors never close correctly, let alone open without a struggle with a correct key. The intercom system doesn't work all the time. Mail is put into your mail box that is NOT authorized by the US postal service. There are MANY MAJOR issues with these apartments.

I've been living at this complex for almost three years and will be moving when my lease is up. The soundproofing is AWFUL. You can hear every single word being said by neighbors through the walls/floors/ceilings, not to mention having to listen to whatever they are watching on TV. The noise coming from above is unbearable -- it sounds like a herd of elephants whenever somebody walks (or in my case -- a 5 year old child gallops, runs, etc.) around the apartment. I've been sleeping with earplugs for the last three years just to drown out the noise so that I can sleep. There is a section in the lease agreement stating that at least 80% of the hardwood floors must be covered by carpet at all times which management has admitted to me is not enforced when I called to complain. Actually, a lot of the rules and regulations are not enforced. Unless you pay for a parking spot (yes, it's extra), the street parking is awful (I did that until my car was hit). If you're looking for an apartment, then keep looking. You do NOT want to live here!
