DONT BUY HERE!, No legal board... corrupt management... no called meetings... will not show books... will not answers questions about sales of antenna leases... will not show bids from contractors... rumors going around deed fraud has been committed on all owned parking spaces... create as many back doors as they can to embezzle money... very sad that all these hard working people have no! equity because of the very high common charges... If you ask a question the will send you a letter or fine you or send you a legal notice they will tow your car without any notice there was action taken and all the people who were Involved disappeared afraid of a possible Investigation the attorney... the management company... the super and others... they are also in violation with owners contracts most of the amenities are not available? and this has been going on for years the owners here must stick together and take back charge of there Investment before they bust this building out Justice must be served herr! before Its to late!
