Diane and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well kept and maintained. Laundry room on site is so convenient. Prime area supermarkets, bus stops schools and shopping area so close by. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

My wife and I love how Willowbrook sits in a peaceful corner, yet we are just a short walk away from grocery stores, an express bus into Manhattan, and a short drive to the Staten Island Mall. In our apartment, hardwood floors and oversized windows flood the space with sunshine, and the updated kitchen appliances make cooking feel like less of a chore. The bathroom looked great and we never had any problems with our plumbing. We appreciate that our heat, hot water and cooking gas are all included in our rent, and the two laundry rooms and open parking made our lives much easier (and affordable) for both of us. The on-site team greets us by name when we stop by the office, and any maintenance request is usually taken care of as soon as possible. The grounds stay immaculate so we never have to worry about stepping in something gross or filthy. Willowbrook hits that sweet spot between quiet comfort and practical convenience. The entire staff here are super nice and welcoming especially Dianne! I love our new apartment . Everything is very clean and spacious and the layout is nice as well . Parking is also easy and that's super convenient!

A good experience from the start of the rental process to moving in to present as an official resident of the Willowbrook Apts. The apartment was in great move in condition. I felt welcomed at the property management office and in the community. The neighbors in my building and in the immediate area also friendly. The landscaping is nice. I feel safe. The building lobby and stairs are cleaned frequently and they exterminate on a regular basis.. The superintendent and his team are also helpful and friendly..

Recently moved to Willowbrook apartments with my boyfriend Eric. So far everyone has been wonderful and welcoming such as the staff Diane, Wanda and Luis. Staff always ask if there is anything we need. After being here a week it has been very quiet and peaceful. We are grateful to have found a perfect apartment with a wonderful staff on the property.

Such as, transit, shopping centers and so much more. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenances requests are usually answered the next day. emergency requests are answered ASAP. The staff are like a little family, and they treat their residents with love and respect. The staff has always greeted me and my family with warm welcoming smiles. Especially Diane, Wanda, and Luis. Willowbrook apartments has user friendly technology that makes life much easier. I would recommend Willowbrook apartments to my friends and family.

Just moved in the beginning of October and this is such a magnificent find! The entire neighborhood is so clean, quiet, friendly; the staff goes above and beyond….I could go on for days. This was just what I was looking for and I am truly blessed to be apart of this community.

Groups are kept clean. Apartments are well maintained. If you have an issue it is addressed immediately. Staff is very helpful,friendly and courteous. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Pleasure living on the grounds

My experience living here has been absolutely amazing. My neighbors are very friendly there’s also a lot of parking. Wanda and Diane are very helpful And professional in what they do. Diane explaining everything on that lease before signing it. The grounds are kept very clean and maintenance workers are on their a game. It’s very quiet here. And everything is nearby shopping center buses and also the highway.
