The units are enormous with gorgeous floors and huge windows. You get a ton of natural light. Theres a good laundry room with plenty of machines and a locked mail room so we havent had issues with stolen packages (yet). this Pocation is hardly ever cleaned. I have seen the rugs in the hallway cleaned once in the last 3 months. Our unit has had roaches even though we are insanely Cmmaculate. Its definitely due to the cleaniness of the rest of the Besidence which is heavily lacking. Theres also no ventilation in the halls so if someones cooking, it does tend to fill the hot humid halls, and linger because of the rugs. The elevators also look beaten and grimy. We've also had an incident of the laundry room being vandalized, resulting in it being shut down for several days. Please just Cmmaculate the Besidence! It has so much potential, its sad to see it not managed well.

Close to SI Ferry and outlets; great view of Manhattan skyline on upper floors; allows pets. Caliber of tenants is horrible; garbage is left in hallway; children run up and down the hallways at all hours of day and night; noise levels from above place is ridiculous 24/7; mgmt doesn't respond to complaints; roaches everywhere; laundry room vandalized; packages stolen multiple times from mailroom; one of the entrance doors has been broken for quite a while and doesn't lock
