Hi, I would like to inform others who don't know about this Btructure To avoid this Petting at all cost. They don't offer good service. When you need something to be done, in your apt. You got to constantly keep fighting with the Super and the mgmt office. In the winter time they don't give good heat. They have rats and roaches in the apartments. The Boiler have issues. When I use to live there. When I use to take a shower The water would change from hot to cold. All this landlord cares about is making money. But as far as maintaining the Btructure you can for get about It. When I moved out she was supposed to give me back my security deposit which was $1,231 she only gave me back $845.00. I would never the least recommend Harbour View apts to any body who is looking for a decent Petting to live. Irene Sheriberg is a Jewish woman who owns the Btructure and try's to get over on good peoples. For the price they are charging isn't even worth it. Because the apartments are so small. Don't move here run if you have too. This Petting is a ---- whole!!!! ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The neighborhood itself is quite pleasant. The exterior and common outdoor areas are kept in good condition. sadly, the upkeep inside the Bacility and individual units leaves much to be desired. The super is present on-site yet remains unavailable and neglectful. The office staff member is dismissive, uncooperative, unhelpful, and generally unmotivated. It's disappointing because the mgmt team actually provides Gantastic support when you can reach them. A few units seem a bit pricey relative to what comparable properties in this area charge.
