I recently had A new ceramic floor installed in my kitchen and I must say I am very happy. I have to say management really helped me because of my job. I only had off a few hours during the week and they did everything possible to get the job done. They even sent the super on the weekend to re-install my stove. My floor looks great thanks to a job well done!

Recently I had A new floor installed in my kitchen . This was done, thankfully, by managemet. The old floor was cracked and was starting to peel up. Management was very helpfull in working with my work schedule. They had a beautiful ceramic floor put in by a professional and the super on call even came on A Saturday to re-install the stove for me. A great job!

I love it here I had a roach problem started to clean up got riddex and that was the end of that for those that have that problem clean up they only go to places they can get food at clean up man!!!

What everyone is saying about Tysens Apartments is true. I went to go view a two bed room Jr in November of 2012 after i paid Cecilia $75 for credit check and application fee. The building she took me to had a bad odor like someone had died, and when i asked her what was that smell?, she ignored me like she did'nt here me and continued to proceed to show me this joke of a luxury apartment. First of all, there were men in the apartment working, in which you can see where they placed roach gel all in the walls, which let me know that building have a bad roach problem. The rooms was so small i would of had to cut my bed in half to fit it into the room. The smaller room in which my young boys would of been sleeping in, the door opens up to the kitchen, so i would of had to worry about my 3yr possibly getting burnt. The closets was so SMALL, i'm quite sure my microwave was bigger than that. I am so grateful for all these reviews that kept me from signing a lease with this place. I'm just upset with myself for waisting $75 to go and view this place. Thanks guys for the truthful reviews on this place, at least i saved $3,750.

If you like roaches, waterbugs, bedbugs, mice, piss and spit in the elevator and staircases, dog crap and piss everywhere, drug dealers, radios blasting, then this is the place for you. What a DUMP!! Roaches galore!! Management sucks! Buildings need constant repair. Machines in laundry room constantly broken and don't get fixed for more than a week. Elevator doesn't operate at least once a week. Have fun if you're handicapped or live on the 6th floor. They now accept section 8 so lots of great people are moving in. And they have the nerve to call these luxury apartments! I guess if living with roaches and piss is your idea of luxury then come on down. And let's not forget that phoney ----- real estate agent Cecelia. Stupid cow should be fired!! She'll tell you there's no roaches! Just take a look around. You'll see quite a few. Be prepared to shell out over $3000 to move into these luxury roach motels!!!

i would like to compliment one of you management staff, ms. cecila. she accommodated me very well when i moved here in 2006, i ran into her the other day and to my amazement she remembered me. i like the idea of after six years, this woman in management remembered me.

I used to live at Tysens . I got out as soon as I was able to save some money again after being charged $3750. To move in. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THESE BUILDING .. Roaches and drug dealers everywhere. Now they got rid of Heidi Blum which I am sooo excited about but they also got rid of Janet labrano who was the only one who seemed to care and get things done ! This is the projects just covered by a pretty face Cecilia a weekly who just collects your money as a real estate agent and does not give a crap about you. She is the lowest form of life with her pretty smile and itchy hands .. Believe me do not rent here..
