This place is the worst. Parking lol you better off living hear if you dont have a car. Not much noise at least in my building. Grounds are ok I cant complain it looks nice thats why I sign the lease but dont be fooled. Safety please they let everyone walk in. Staff no comment. Just stay far far away they tell u heat and hot water are included but try taking a shower in the morning I bet you wont need coffee. As far as heat everyone hear has a portable heater so in the end you will be paying for heat. Washer and dryer doesnt seem like its ever has been maintain. This place is the pits make sure u ask around before you move in please take my advise most people here move out after their lease is up.

It has been a real pleasure living here at Seaview Estates. The complex is quiet, clean and safe and the other tenants are also very friendly!

So where do I start with Sea View Estates. Worst place to live.... possibly. When me and my wife moved in... we came into a apartment that: 1. Had dingy, dirty, and stained carpets. The corners of the carpet are so dirty their nearly black. It looks like its been through a few owners... AT LEAST. 2. The windows... ARE BAD. So I was on duty one day and call my wife to see how is everything... turns out Not good as the window in the bedroom fell on her. Apparently that window lost its hinges and falls out on the slightest breeze. The screens are old and broken. Other windows int he apartment don't close and open up on their own. 3. Cabinets. We can't use some cabinets as their broken. 4. Dish Washer. Old, rusty and broken. 5. Doors. Some closets don't close. 6. Bathroom mirrors. Their off their hinges and inside is nasty. 7. Floors. They are bad the beams are old you can hear them creek every step u take... sometimes I worry if we'll fall through... not joking. 8. Intercom. There is one but it doesn't work. Just the buzzer works so u never know who's calling. 9. Bad design. They put the bathroom in the bedroom so if u have guests they have to access ur bedroom to use it. Not a biggie but sucks when people spend the night. 10. INFESTED!!! Big one. So there are roaches in the complex, on top of centipedes (ALOT OF CENTIPEDES - Tired of getting up and killing 1 every hr). And Bed Bugs. Yup them too. Oh and theres water damage everywhere. SO thats the apartments. One thing u notice in the spring summer fall.... a lot of moving trucks outside. Everytime I see one... the people are always moving out. Never in. Not a good sign. One fellow neighbor mentioned she can't deal with the infestation, bad living conditions, and BAD security. So we decided thats just 1 view. After 9 months... she's totally right. The security is the worst. These guys are THUGS. They are incredibly lazy... u will never see them unless you stop by their office, where their watching TV and enjoying themselves. They never patrol never do anything and when they do they Harrass tenants. One time I came in the gate with 2 other people... we noticed the smell of burning wood... coming from the apartments... we checked the windows and halls to make sure every things ok. it was but isn't that security's job. Security also harassed both me and my wife on 2 separate occasion so far. Telling me " Don't F#%# with me. You don't know where Im from" ... all i asked him was if he could open my door cause I got locked out. They are really gangsta, and dress like they just got up. U gotta be careful with them because I think they might be working with drug dealers who operate on the property. Yes you read it right. For 9 months now we live next to 2 drug dealers, who smoke ALOT of weed. So much so every so often it comes into the house. VERY strong. Security and Management are aware of it and told us... why don't you deal with it. Wow really. Isn't it ur job. These guys you gotta be very careful... a lot of shady people show up on the property ... always for drugs. On top of that... the property is in awful shape. RUST IS EVERYWHERE. In the house, outside, gates, etc. U walk in the place looks run down. When I came for a viewing... I thought it was the projects or something. and because we had no other option and needed a apartment fast we took it. BAD MISTAKE. Avoid like the plague. its not good at all. The only good thing we did enjoy is theres a window in the bathroom. That was good.

we have lived here for about three years. The Sea View from our apartmentin in thr 90 Saint Marks Place building is breathtaking. We formerly lived in Battery Park City. I moved here a couple months ago and I love it. My apartment is very quiet and secure. it is a very well maintained complex. The price is well worth it and spacious. I am very pleased living here.
