The Seaview Estates is a dump, with Linda Jaffe manager/part of owner her family own that dump. James is the creepy day security guard two face James the local call him, he tells Linda Jaffe everything that goes on. So she know about the drugs or maybe he gets a kick back from the drug pusher and so does not tell her anything. Make sure you put in your own alarms, security will go in your apartment when you're not around.

Stay away from this place, the manager is a scam artist, and a crook. Read the reviews they are all true. The place is a mess and the nut case that runs it is the worse. They will think of all unethical ways to spy on you and use you to upgrade their rental allowances with the state.

I....I don't know how to stress that what I am about to say, though cryptic and short, is not even a sliver of the nightmare this place is. I can't be too specific because I'm scared someone will attack or rob me. Wouldn't be the first time. This place is an asylum. It looks like one. It smells like one. It's visibly racist. In one of the buildings that my friend lives in, 3 floors are painted gray (horrific paint job). The fourth floor is still yellow-tope. They just....stopped. My friend said that floor only has black people on it. The courtyard of that building is disgusting. Moss for grass, grass covered in wood chips so it died. A literal asylum. The 2 buildings in that courtyard is where most of the black people are. I hope you see the racist pattern here. Maintenance? Oh, that horrible cold hearted racist dude that always talks down to my family and goes in our personal items WHILE WE'RE STANDING THERE? Yeah, he doesn't do anything but say he'll do stuff. Management? Just got replaced, seeing minor changes now. Before then, one racist person that I can confirm is the most evil woman on the face of this planet. Hiring nothing but Latinos, putting black people in the worst building like sardines. Try to say even one thing to her that isn't nice. All of a sudden, late fee. How? If we pay 2 months early and never skip a payment? Don't even get me started on the actual apartments. They're jail cells, without bars. I literally would rather live on the freaking street than here. And personally due to an abusive situation that I won't go into here, this place has nightmares I can't escape. Any review you see here that is good- unless they live in building 90- and even so- is a lie. I hope that this new management will just come see this hell. And fix it. TL;DR don't live here. Even if the only other choice is the projects or the street. I...have to try and save people from this. I can't see anyone else suffer. So please. Just don't do it. I'm begging you, I don't want anyone else to suffer. I hope I wasn't to specific on this, I might get stolen from again or hey who knows maybe even beat up, but at least I know maybe I save someone. Bye. I will post this on every apartment site I possibly can to save everyone.

Bad neighbors and no help from the landlord. Running all kinds of shady business with out a license. Numerous people moved out each month. There are no stores anywhere around and the building is old and dirty.

Mice everywhere, 37 and counting. Mice in my pans on the stove with droppings, we see them at least once a day or every other day. Pest control is useless and it's the bare minimum to keep from getting in trouble and " showing concern". Floor boards weak and scary. Asked to move several times no response.

I Just Moved In A Month Ago ! I Went To See ----- Today About The Amount Of Insects That Are Coming From The Cabinet's In My Kitchen I Show Her The Insects She Says You Have Roaches I Looked At Her Like They Are Not Roaches Look At Them !! She Says " Well Leave Them We Security For The Exterminator Not Only That But My Cabinet's Are Falling Apart & I Notified Her About It She Stated & I Quote " Well There Not Going To Replace The Cabinet's " Mind You They Made The Apartment Look Gorgeous While I Was Checking It Out. Now That I Moved In I See The Cheap Job They Did. This Is Horrible !!

Landlord talks down to you every time you have an issue. Upkeep is not good. Dirty hallways & walls & broken door locks in this building. Guard is useless. He takes your parcels & leaves them unlocked, & in the rain! You get a contact high from all the marijuana smoke daily too. There's a dealer or two in here I'm sure! A private group showed us how to get our property history. Landlord cheated tenants & didn't pay taxes some years. Rent goes up fairly fast.. Good thing is close to the boat to the city.

I have lived here at Seaview Estates for one year and I am very happy here, it is well maintained and professionally run, it is a clean and absolutely beautiful place to live, it is perfect for families, couples or individuals. It is close to transportation, schools and shopping all are within walking distance. The buildings are very very quiet and peaceful and the grounds remind one of a lovely part setting. I highly recommend Seaview Estates located in St George Staten Island.

Horrible landlord that is rude and degrading. Fixing things is like pulling teeth. Building door locks have be broke for years. Property gates are broke off and on. Security is a waste of space and just takes your packages whether you want or not. You have to look, and carry them to your building! Landlord lies and complaining is a waste of time. A drug dealer pick upspot is by the back gate. Walking by at night is dangerous.

I viewed this place, THIS, has to be one of the most filthiest Buildings I've ever seen! The hallways are Filthy! Hall carpets are filthy! doors are dirty on the exteriors. Walls are old and unpainted unclean! Terrible old Elevators, one was out of order! The laundry area, looked creepy and old! The interiors are NOTHING like the listing on websites! They say WONDERFUL Apartments!! Never saw one!! The carpets inside, besides one, were Filthy and stained! One must have been so bad that they replaced it! There were no hardwood floors! The baseboards were broken, and dirty, this is where the heating also comes from! Bathtubs, were old dirty, and damaged they needed replacing! Kitchens were very old looking, NO modern appliances! Fridge had stains inside! Counters where dirty, stove was filthy! Walls were stained with black marks! There was nothing I saw, that I'd rent! I CANNOT believe they are trying to rent these units? They're a disgrace! They said," they are NOT going to upgrade them!" DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I don't know, if there are ANY Nice clean New Apartments? Not that I saw? I looked at 4!! The studio, was the size of a BOX! Seriously and honestly, there was nothing Decent to look at!! They look like they should all be condemned! Sad, when this place, could be lovely and Amazing! I bet it once was!! If the Owner invested money into it, it would be! He has NO plans to! Also a guy needed a new key fob, they wanted $80 for a replacement! I don't know which Apartment on , is the one pictured? maybe it's their only one?? I am desperate for a place, but there's no way, I'd even waste a dime, to live here! Oxford Realty Group they're the Management company!! They don't even show an interior on their website, Because they probably know they're filthy! They've already been sued Two times for not Accepting Housing vouchers! Research that on Google! Which is the Law in NYC! I feel bad for the Nice woman who has to show these places! The only nice person was the leasing agent, and the doorman at the front! One Even had No stove!! Old unvarnished dirty kitchen cupboards! Please go elsewhere!!
