Pros: Nothing at all. Cons: building sidewalk is always filthy. Landlord doesn’t give a damn. The cheapo keeps the apartment just at about 70 degrees. Gives low heat when you need it and blasts the heat when you dont. Has low water pressure and small water tank that doesn’t allow hot water for everyone in the building. Also thinks he’s intimidating lol. Advice to landlord: Go to school and learn how to properly read and spell. You lack the smallest amount of common sense.
