Pros: Nothing, these people suck eggs Cons: Everything. Bedbugs, roachs, mice, rats, even a raccoon. No key to get into the building unless you fork over 150 dollars No one has ever gotten back a full security deposit claiming it was too dirty and repairs. Illegal modifications to a studio to make it an one bed room. Advice to landlord: Run for the hills cause the city and state are coming.
