Unit 3-O Pros: The building is in a very convenient area in Jamaica Queens!!! Cons: Hard to get maintenance work done in my apartment Advice to landlord: Care more about your Tenants!!!

Pros: where it is located Cons: Building is not Wheelchair accessable!!! Advice to landlord: do right by your tenants and put in ramps to allow wheelchairs and Walkers to access the building without being burdened by stairs

Pros: nothing i can think of Cons: poor heat in winter Advice to landlord: take better care of apartments
