Pros: Affordable Laundry in building (when it works) Close to public transit Cons: Dirty, not maintained. Roaches. Neighbors smoke inside their apartments. Super does his best but no project is is ever complete. FIX THE LAUNDRY MACHINES. A little paint can go a long way. Advice to landlord: This could be a beautiful building but it is not maintained or cleaned or does not inspire pride. Repaint the building inside, clean the basement storage. The rooms are filled with JUNK.

Unit 4L Pros: Large apartments overall Cons: Paper thin walls Advice to landlord: Insulate walls for soundproofing
