Pros: Good location, by many buses and 10 min away from trains. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby Cons: No heat, no hot water, constant leaks and no super on premises. Trash piles up every week. Management is useless and does not care. Too many violations to count. Advice to landlord: We are humans. We pay rent. We as tenants deserve livable conditions. Shame on you.
