Pros: None at all Cons: Always is stalking her tenants, listening behind their doors to see if they are home. And they always use the cameras to spy on who you’re bringing in and out the home. If you use an ac in the windows and the owner and her roommates smoke cigarettes and marijuana during their loud and obnoxious parties. The smoke goes into the other apartments. When landlord is not there her male roommate Timothy is always smoking near the door and near the other apartments windows. Lots of smoke goes up to the other apartments. The apartments are filled with roaches and mice. The ac she gave us we’re all filled with mold and their was three she gave with the apartment. She also does illegal evictions. She did it to the second floor tenants because she wanted her family to live there. Also very racist towards Latinos and blacks. Advice to landlord: Be nice and take a class on how to manage a property.

Unit Apartment 2 Pros: Lily will pay you to help take out trash, but it isn't enough so is it really a pro? Not really, Cons: The landlady harrasses you and never gives you any chances. She evicted my family illegally during the pandemic while a NYS eviction moritorium was active. She sends a man Mr Chen to also spy on tenants and listen behind apartment doors. Its creepy and very weird of them. Also a man downstairs throws party filled with alcohol, drugs and marijuana smoke that might come in through windows. even when he smokes cigarettes in the front it comes up to the apartment. The apartment was not well renovated, that water started leaking through the ceiling and made a hole, instead of getting it fixed she applied a temporary patch and refused to actually fix it. She refused to fix cabinets. And she doesn't manage trash very well, that area is filled with bugs, mold and stinks. The apartments are filled with mice and roaches that she didn't fix. She is very hostile and very rude. She treats you like a piece of meat and not human. She seems very racist or prejudice if you're a hispanic or latino family be careful. If you're not asian they won't treat you with the same respect they treat their asian counterparts. Lily Tam needs a lot of work if she wants to proceed being a landlady. At this point she is terrible and BEWARE. She owns multiple properties possibly as well. Advice to landlord: Don't treat tenants like crap and listen to them please. Also stop kicking people out illegally especially during eviction moritioriums and inflation. She even stole the keys that were left for the last person who was in the apartment, don't do this either, also give more time to let people move out don't harrass them and don't say you didn't do that because my family has messages. You even disregarded health concerns from all family members living there. And take out your own trash and sort that crap out yourself, your hispanic and latino tenants aren't your slaves. Thanks
