Pros: Great super (shout out Nico!). Great location. Cons: AWFUL communication with management. We had a smile fire and we were not aware of it until much later. Fire alarms did not go off on all floors - only the one the fire was on. So we didn't know it was happening until we saw people running down the stairs. Zero sound insulation at all - we can hear ever single word being spoken by our upstairs neighbor. Laundry card machine breaks frequently, and machines will double-charge. We had brown tap water today. Advice to landlord: COMMUNICATE BETTER.
