This is the best rental building in Jackson Heights. It isn't perfect but It's livable. Parts of the buildings are kept up well but some things are not. The renters are a diverse and pleasant group. The mgmt office is fairly aggressive. So, don't expect utopia. They add extra charges on the rent bill like so many other mgmt offices. They want a turnover so they can raise the rents overall.
