Unit 2H Pros: The only thing that’s likeable about this building is that it is rent stabilized. Cons: There is an influx of rats that has not been addressed in the 5 years I have lived here. Maintenance does not answer emails and does not fix any issues you have in your apartment. The office works are rude and usually, do not answer. I have had a hole in my ceiling by my window for 3 years. Every time it rains, water drips down from the ceiling. Advice to landlord: Get a new job, you are not suited to own property.
