Unit 1522 Pros: - Cleanliness - very good, no bugs/pests at all - Good maintenance/building super - Gym is nice, facilities are nice - Apartment is very clean and updated - Safe Cons: - Electricity during winter especially can get expensive - Sometimes smoke (tobacco) can be smelled from bathroom vents from other tenants

Pros: The building is clean and amenities are nice. Units are spacious. Oven/dishwasher/laundry machines are new and great. Cons: Management will not respond to any concerns you raise. Electricity is very expensive. A lot of dogs you hear from other units (terrible noise) and that pee in the elevator / in the halls.
