Pros: The building owners are responsive and understanding. The super is tentative and willing to make necessary upgrades when needed without issue. Cons: The upkeep of the lobby. Also, if you've lived there for awhile you need to ask for the apartment upgrades that your neighbors are recieving. It should be automatic.
