Pros: Management was great, front desk and handymen are really helpful and responsive Cons: If you are a light sleeper, don't choose the side that is facing manhattan because of the view.

Unit 25A Pros: - Front desk and staff are great - Handymen are responsive - The space, amenities and overall building cleanliness is great for the price - By the M R train - The building management is really committed to continuously improving living here Cons: - Building is an “older” 2015 luxury building, so there can be some wear and tear in units - Pet friendly, so elevators can really smell sometimes

Unit 11E Pros: Nice, new building with beautiful sunny apartments. Rooftop deck with grills, gym, doorman, ~3 minute walk to the R/M and late night E/F subways. Cons: I am not loving the management here.

Unit 23D Pros: cleaniness, professional and polite doorman, quietness, ... you always feel welcomed back home Cons: however, the building design has allowed too much sunlight shined in and trapped - and the air conditioner barely helps during summer. my advice is to always bring in more fans with you. Advice to landlord: all is good.

Pros: Management is responsive and helpful. Building is clean and very convenient. Outdoor space is beautiful and we'll managed. Cons: Nothing really, would move back if that's an option!

Pros: Sonya on the front desk is a treasure. Amenities are excellent. Maintenance crew is responsive and friendly.. Community message board well utilized. Everything is clean and well maintained, the building is wonderful. Cons: Nothing. The area just didn't suit me.
