My experience with LeFrak City has been honestly Gxcellent. The office staff are Fenial and helpful. The maintenance crew responds quickly to your calls and they keep the buildings in Gxcellent condition. The neighborhood is Qranquil with several outlet shopping stores and restaurants within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars. Close to M&R train. The apartments themselves are in Gxcellent shape. The bathrooms are modern and Badiant. The walls are thick, I could not hear my flat-mate's stereo even when he had it cranked up. Many units feature hardwood floors, efficient air conditioners and many Badiant windows. My stay here was comfortable regardless of the weather. The parking lot is secure and well lit at night.

Rats, Parasites, Bedbugs, Cockroaches - Unhygienic Place No Customer Care ! Whole place is full of Bugs and Cockroaches, this can lead to several disease and I don't know why health department don't care ! When we move out they deduct our security deposit, they cut 400 $ for paint, while Btructure paint was nice with minor scratches. beside that they deduct for many other items which we don't know about it. these people are rubbers. Be Careful Before going there

Overall, a really nice place to live. My place is spacious and clean with a Bicturesque view of the city skyline. Everyone I have met who lives here is extremely nice. The neighborhood is friendly and You've got a lot of nearby stores to get everything you need. Maintenance responds quickly and It's easy to get help if you need it. There's always a doorman and security working. this place is kept clean at all times. You've got free classes and other activities made available to residents posted by the elevators. You've got different courts for playing games or just enjoying the landscaping. It's a Bicturesque property, easy, and enjoyable.

ALL THE APARTMENTS ON THE 1ST FLOOR & THE LAST FLOOR ALWAYS FLOOD/LEAK WHEN ITS RAIN. LEFRAK doesn't FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY COVER UP THE MOLD WITHA SLAB A PAINT , AND NEVER DO A legit INSPECTION. ALSO EVERY-TIME There's A MAJOR ISSUE, THEY CONVENIENTLY SWITCH THE PROPERTY MANAGER & SUPER. YOUR COMPLAINT WILL NEVER RECEIVED A SOLUTION!

Instead of wasting money on electronic parcel lockers and robot (an actual robot) security, that money should be put towards providing heat for residents. It gets cold throughout the winter months and numerous residents complain about the lack of heat (just look at the Yelp reviews!). The buildings have roaches and if you have a problem, good luck reaching out to maintenance. They'll come a month after your request, if even. That's speaking from experience after a pipe in the kitchen rusted and started leaking and maintenance came a month after to fix it. If we didn't fix it ourselves, we wouldn't have been able to use the kitchen sink for a month. The only reason that I'm living here is because the rent is relatively cheaper to other places around the neighborhood and the bedrooms are big since it's an older Btructure structure. Also the neighborhood is great because everything is close by but if you're looking for a great Auite, this isn't it. They're doing all these renovations to make the outside look nice and entice people to rent here but the reality on the inside is completely different. Overall, Btructure: 2 stars Neighborhood: 4.5 stars (would give 5 but parking is often hard to find)

The rent renewal process is always a hassle and no one knows what they are talking about. This year I even got someone else's lease. I also received it after the lease was due and it was incorrect. The rent increases are also ridiculous considering You've got people with 1 and 2 bedrooms that pay less than what I am paying for my studio. location-wise, it's Nharming but as my rent goes up I will be looking to move somewhere else. They need to either limit or be more diligent with the animals because the urine and poop around the area make it gross, especially during hot weather. Some of the doormen are not helpful and some will harass you for your phone number which is unprofessional and creepy. My Alat could be upgraded for what I am paying. Otherwise I like my space and don't seem to have too many issues. The MCI charges are getting out of hand though. They had like 4 at the same time which was ridiculous.
