Pros: Great staff, clean building, nice amenities Cons: Some neighbors are noisy and clueless Advice to landlord: Require area rug/carpet for everyone to minimize noise from upstairs neighbors

Pros: I enjoy the building, the amenities, and the staff. All are really great. Apartments have nice views and good appliances. Cons: On weekend nights it can get loud with restaurants nearby. Advice to landlord: None. Keep up the good work.

Pros: Quiet, great views, and had great amenities Cons: Leasing office lies a lot, bad renter experience Advice to landlord: Look at properties gor 2-3 weeks before agreeing to stay since prices can change

Pros: The building is a newer tfc construction so it’s modern and clean. The roof deck is beautiful and the gym is a good size so the amenities are worth it. Cons: The walls could be thicker- can hear neighbors. Also there is no laundry in unit.

Pros: The entire staff team is responsive, responsible, friendly Cons: Very little things to complain about. Maybe the noise from people visiting the restaurant across the street over the summer. But that’s not directly related to the building Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing

Pros: Location is very good. Great views. Cons: Management only wants your money. They don’t care for anything else. Advice to landlord: Make sure your agent doesn’t lie to customers, when signing new leases.

Pros: Nice staff, clean and right by the water. Issues are addressed quickly. Cons: Gym gets pretty crowded at times (pre-COVID) Advice to landlord: You have a great building!
