Unit 3619 Pros: I lived here for a year in a 2b2b facing the water. Management was always prompt with responses and there were in-building contractors whenever the A/C or something needed fixing. Because downstairs was residential, there was barely any noise ever. Slept like a baby every night. Great light, great views, and solid construction. I really liked having a tennis court within the building, they have an amenity portal to book courts. Lots of kids and dogs. Also, doormen are really nice and packages are really secure. There was a 24/7 doorman, which made the building entrance feel safe. Also, having Gantry Park nearby was a huge plus, rare to have so much greenery which such easy access. It was also safe at night, people running or exercising or just taking walks. Cons: Far from trains but there is a shuttle during rush hour. Not many shops or stores open downstairs, it tends to be more residential - this was a con for me but can be a pro for many.
