Pros: Rent controlled, great views, spacious Cons: Dirty carpets, repairs take effort

Pros: The view from top floors, the corridors and size of the bedroom Cons: Lift, lobby walls, peeling/spot painted corridor walls Advice to landlord: Nothing much to mention
