Pros: Love my unit layout and how safe the complex feels. The complex is very beautiful with lots of greenery. Cons: The apartment has mice and roach infestation and BRG and Celtic do not do much to help. Advice to landlord: Ensure that you have a better environment for your renters.

Pros: Great workers from security to maintenance Cons: Roaches everywhere. Water bugs, regular, you name it. Loud noise due to the highway nearby with people racing. The next block can be a little hood also.

Pros: Extremely well maintained. Great trash management. Very responsive building staff who can help with small issues. Great management. Fantastic neighborhood. Close-knit community. Beautiful courtyard and surrounding streets. The walls are thick and almost no noise transfers through them. Cons: There is a structural issue with this apartment complex, where all noise -- from impact noise like footsteps and dropped items and speech, travels extremely easily through the floors to your downstairs neighbors. If you have good, respectful upstairs neighbors, this is no problem. If you do not, this can become a bit of a nightmare. It also means you need to be extra conscientious of your own noise volumes, for the sake of your downstairs neighbors. Even with this one problem, the management and security staff are very helpful in supporting you if quiet hours are violated. Overall, a great place to live. Advice to landlord: Would advise being more stringent in enforcing the carpet policy. One layer of thin or decorative carpeting is not effective for reducing or preventing noise transfer. And the 80% coverage rule is not always enforced.
