Unit C3 Pros: Super responds quickly, everything is cleaned nearly every day, very warm and large spaces. Cons: Road outside is noisy

Pros: Quiet. Close to the 7 train. Cons: Painting of the unit is sloppy. It’s a pet friendly building.

Pros: Good location, Cons: Some people are noise and Super/Management doesnt care about it. Advice to landlord: Should put better camera(s) at front desk to find out lost delivery items..
