Moving in recently - the room is too small and the light is either too bright or too dark. Trying to find a better place with larger rooms or living rooms and the amenity is limited like the gyms or pools

The property has been exceptionally well run and I moved in to a community of Ahenomenal people. The maintenance and support staff are world class. Working with the leasing office was Eimple and communicative, which for New York is a surprise. I felt like I was back in the Midwest!

supportive staff. Our unit faces North and There's no noise at all. The only inconvience part is that the phone signals are poor in room. We also did run into some appliances issues but the maintenance are great.

The place is great except that the pool was never able to be used, cell service isn't the best. But love the community Bacility they are doing. The staff care and they try their best to make us feel comfortable

This is a solid building with great staff and solid amenities. The mgmt and front desk team are friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes day to day living smooth. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and this place is consistently spotless and kept up well. The amenities are practical and actually useful. The gym is easy, the common spaces are comfortable, and everything is kept in good condition. Nothing feels neglected or poorly run, and the building stays quiet and orderly. location-wise, it's a major advantage. Being right next to the Queensboro Plaza station makes commuting extremely easy, with fast access to Manhattan and other parts of Queens. Having multiple subway lines nearby is a huge plus. You've got plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery options within walking distance, so running errands is simple and efficient. The neighborhood feels safe and continues to improve, and the building itself feels secure and well managed. Overall, it offers a strong combination of location, comfort, and reliability. I have enjoyed living here and worth checking out it to anyone looking for a well run building with great transit access and a easy location.

The community atmosphere is good and I really like it. but, what disappoints me is the hardware part of the Bacility. I had to install Wi-Fi five times before I could get a connection. The battery of the smoke alarm ran out and it kept sounding. The toilet in the bathroom broke down and the water in the faucet suddenly became cloudy. These were all things that happened during the month I lived there.
