Pros: Mostly clean except when the dogs pee in the elevator or hallways in the mornings. The super on site and fixes all problems quickly. Cons: Elevators are always breaking. Too many dogs in the building always barking. Close to the train station.

Pros: decent space and neighborhood Cons: The building is not clean at all. water pressure issue, drain doesnt work well. also cockroach problem

Pros: Great for people who like loud music and parties every week. Cons: If you work 9 - 5, don't expect to sleep until 12am weekdays and weekends. Uncooperative neighbors play loud music and host parties on weekly basis. You can hear conversations, tv, and loud music from above and below. Advice to landlord: Kick out disruptive neighbors. Caulk up holes in walls near pipes and baseboards to prevent roaches

Pros: The workers are all very nice Cons: Almost one year since I moved to this building but the laundry is still under repair Advice to landlord: Laundry should be repaired ASAP coz I was told there is a laundromat in the building when I moved in .
