Unit 3G Pros: affordable. that's abt it? But not worth the money Cons: dirty, dark, full of large flying roaches. outlets & light switches painted over. plaster covering the entire bathroom. did I mention flying roaches? constantly.. retched smells Advice to landlord: gut the entire building

Pros: Beautiful neighborhood close to the subway another shopping centers and groceries Cons: The building management is horrible service horrible!! Advice to landlord: Please do fix your management employees
