Pros: Close to 7 train. Responsive management. Cons: Horrible pest control. First time in my life dealing with so much BEDBUGS and COCKROACHES. Wish I would’ve known about that before I moved there:// Lots of package stealers!! Neighbors are very loud on weeknds. Advice to landlord: Force an exterminator into every single apartment in that building. Do the walls and the elevator and the basement. Its literally disgusting.
