Pros: This building is super clean, renovated, and very well-kept. The staff is super friendly and the super is very attentive. I have all good things to say! Cons: I truthfully can’t think of any cons.

Pros: Cleanliness, no pests, laundry on floor, amenities Cons: Expensive, small for neighborhood

Pros: New building. Great amenities and very clean property. Friendly doorman. Cons: Rent is pretty high but got no discount during pandemic.
