Pros: Bigger rooms than newer units on the market. Cons: Everything else you can think of. Lazy super, dirty building, not a lot of closet space. They do the bare minimum. In 2020 absolutely no covid measures were taken. Cleanliness was still non existent. Advice to landlord: Do better. If you want quality tenants then take care of your building and hire actual help with energy to keep up with the building.
