Unit 1c Pros: There are no pros Cons: Lived here for 40 years never had apt painted since new mgmt. 20 yeas. Does not do repairs as requested had to go to court just to get a couple fixes.They are now destabilizing the units and renting as room basis. They are harrassing all older tenants. This building is now turning into the projects. Advice to landlord: Stop being a slumlord.
